Thank you so much for reaching out. I'm so sorry about the inconvenience this must have caused you.
In order to clear the failure to send messages, you will need to uninstall and reinstall the app. This will clear the cache on your mobile device.

Cause
When images fail to send to the Vida app the failed message or image is stored on the client side of the app. When the user is able to establish a connection to the app again, they can tap to resend. Sometimes the resend is not successful, however, and the best way to clear it is to uninstall and reinstall the app
