"I am trying to restart my Vida account. When I entered my payment info it said there was a problem and to contact you. "

Resolution
If the client receives an unknown error, either when they log in or when they are trying to make payment, this is usually due to the fact that they have been marked as "inactive" in admin.
To fix this you will need to log into vida.com/admin and go to users and locate the client's account.
Under permission, you want to make sure that the checkbox next to "Active" is marked. If it is not, then please check it. This is the reason why the client is receiving the error.

We believe we have fixed the issue with the account that was preventing you from purchasing a subscription. Please try to make payment again and let us know if you run into any other issues.
Cause
When you remove the checkmark next to Active, it deactivates the client account making it impossible for them to log in or pay for services.
