I originally installed Vida on a different iPhone and everything worked fine. When I upgraded my phone, push notifications stopped working. I’ve tried turning notifications off and back on, and I’ve even tried reinstalling the app, but no change. Can you help me?

To find out, go to your phone's settings, then choose Notifications, Then scroll down the list and see if you can find Vida. If you can find Vida, check to see if notifications are turned on.
If you do not see Vida, then you will need to uninstall and reinstall the app in order to get notifications to work again. Please click here to download the latest version of the app.
If you do see Vida in this list, choose Vida, and then confirm that notifications are indeed turned on. If they are, then go into the Vida app itself and go into the Settings section of the app (Home Screen >Gear Icon in the corner) and then choose Push Notifications and confirm that they are set to All Messages.
If you can confirm all of this, please let me know what version of the Vida app you are using, and what mobile device you are on.
