You are receiving this email because your account may have been affected by an outage that our system sustained between [Date] at about [Time] PT and [Time] PT on [Date].
During this time [explaination]. As a result, some coaches were unable to log into their dashboard in order to reach out and communicate with their clients and were unable to make video consults. We believe that this problem was caused by a recent change to our security protocols which in turn caused some requests on our system to fail.
We apologize for any inconvenience this has caused. Our team is currently working on the backend to ensure this does not happen again.
