I am unable to transfer my account to my new phone.
Can someone please help?

Thank you for reaching out. If you have recently purchased a new phone, simply download the latest version of the Vida app with the download links provided Here.
Once you have done this, please select to Login using the email address you used to onboard with. If you would like us to provide this information for you please follow up with your paying org employee ID and email address.
Please let us know if you have any further issues.
============================If the client follows up asking what their email address is, follow the verification process in the user's paying org onboarding document. Then provide the email address for them.
