Currently, we do pull in exercise information so long as the tracker is turned on in Vida before you connect Apple Health. If your exercise tracker is not turned on in your account after you install your app, you will need to ask you, coach, to active the exercise tracker, before you connect Apple Health again. You will also want your coach to make sure you turn on trackers for any other information you would like to sync.
Currently, we pull the following data from Apple Health:
Exercise
Steps
Sleep
Calories
Weight
Fat
Protein
Carbs
Mindfulness Minutes
Once these trackers are turned on in Vida, you will then want to go to your Settings section and choose “Connect Devices & Apps” and then connect Apple Health to your Vida app one more time.
It may take some time, but you should see data flow into your account. Please let us know if you run into any further issues at this time.

If the client has sent screenshots, version number, & and does not have the Green Dot under trackers
"I'm trying to use the Apple Health app and I have everything checked... but my coach says she doesn't see my steps and the app doesn't seem to think I've connected any devices yet."
Hi, [Client]
Thank you so much for the screenshots. It appears that the trackers might have been turned on after you have already established the connection between apple health and Vida. Could you please uninstall the app, and then reinstall it? This will clear the connection with apple health completely.
Then simply Click Here! in order to download the most updated version. Once you have successfully reinstalled the app, you will need to re-establish the connection with apple health. What Vida typically pulls from apple health are carbohydrates, steps, protein, total fat, workouts, and weight. It may take some time, but you should see data flow into your account.
Please let us know if you run into any further issues at this time.
