New Food Logger and Fitbit metrics not aligning

The results from member's Fitbit to our goals is way off. For example, It said that her sugar one day was 157 grams when it was under 50.

Also the pictures she is taking of her meals are not coming through. Today little squares came through on the texting but couldn't even open them as a picture.

Resolution

Once the client has provided a screenshot of the issue using the basic troubleshooting articles, it is easier to see the data is not aligned. The Vida Health app uses a database called Nutritionix to power our food logging platform, www.nutritionix.com

When sending data through a 3rd party app occurs, the NutritionX itemizes each grouped meal as its own meal.

If the user is logging meals in the Vida app, they would also appear as their own individual meal items.
