These instructions show support agents how to locate, add, edit, and remove metrics on Admin. Before processing these steps, attempt to have members complete the steps on their side using the How to use Trackers KB. Member steps will be more straightforward and provide a better experience than manually updating metrics on Admin, so use your best judgement before proceeding.

How to Locate a LOGGED Metric
- Go to Metric Points (https://www.vida.com/admin/tracking/metricpoint/)
- Enter the member’s Admin UUID or Email address associated with the Admin account
- Hit “Return” key or click the magnifying glass and wait for the page to load (Make sure the page has fully loaded before continuing to the next step)
- Hit “Return” key or click the magnifying glass and wait for the page to load (Make sure the page has fully loaded before continuing to the next step)
- Click “Filter” on the right side
- Enter the Metric Key (this is the Metric ID you located previously)
- Hit “Return” key or click “Filter” under the metric key for the page to load (Make sure the page has fully loaded before continuing to the next step)

If the date range displayed does not include the metric you need to edit, click Filter, then the calendar icon, change the date, then click “Filter” - you will need to click filter and wait for the page to load, then follow these steps again if changes are needed to the end of the date range (which may be needed if there are too many metrics to display in the range selected)(you must update the bottom date first and then the top date for the process to work).
NOTE: IT IS IMPORTANT THAT IF YOU MAKE ANY CHANGES IN VALUES THAT YOU EITHER PRESS ENTER OR FILTER FOR EACH CHANGE, OTHERWISE IT WILL ASK YOU TO LEAVE THE PAGE AND YOU WOULD HAVE TO START OVER.

How to Add a LOGGED Metric
- Go to Metric Points (https://www.vida.com/admin/tracking/metricpoint/)
- Click “+Add metric point”
- Add all needed information:
- Metric: Enter the Metric name. Click on the drop-down arrow and select the correct metric. For example - weight, blood sugar… etc
- Value str: The value of the metric (numbers only)
- User: Enter the email address of the member and click the correct user from the drop-down.
- Date: Add the date and time the metric was taken
- Click Save
How to Edit a LOGGED Metric
- Locate metric ID using steps above (How to Locate Metric ID)
- Go to Metric Points (https://www.vida.com/admin/tracking/metricpoint/)
- Enter the member’s Admin UUID or Email address associated with the Admin account
- Hit “Return” key or click the magnifying glass and wait for the page to load (Make sure the page has fully loaded before continuing to the next step)

- Click “Filter” on the right side
- Enter the Metric Key (this is the Metric ID you located previously)

- Hit “Return” key or click “Filter” under the metric key for the page to load (Make sure the page has fully loaded before continuing to the next step)
- Click the ID
- Update both Value str and Value float to the correct number
- Click the dropdown next to “Source” and change to “Admin”
- Click “Save”
- Wait for the page to load, note the success message after completion
NOTE: To update the 'initial weight' or 'start weight', first look up the date the member signed up. Navigate to that date in the metric points to change the first weight that was input by the member in onboarding.
How to Remove a LOGGED Metric
- Locate metric ID using steps above (How to Locate Metric ID)
- Go to Metric Points (https://www.vida.com/admin/tracking/metricpoint/)
- Enter the member’s Admin UUID or Email address associated with the Admin account
- Hit “Return” key or click the magnifying glass and wait for the page to load (Make sure the page has fully loaded before continuing to the next step)
- Hit “Return” key or click the magnifying glass and wait for the page to load (Make sure the page has fully loaded before continuing to the next step)
- Click “Filter” on the right side
- Enter the Metric Key (this is the Metric ID you located previously)
- Hit “Return” key or click “Filter” under the metric key for the page to load (Make sure the page has fully loaded before continuing to the next step)

Click the check-mark, then the drop-down menu at the bottom left of the screen and select “Delete selected metric points”
- Click “Go”
