For Members
1. Log into vida.com/admin and go to users.
2. Search for the customer's name or email address. Don't forget to verify this the correct account with the member.
3. Once you have located the account, you can update the user's profile. You can change their name, zip code, phone number, timezone, email address, reset the password, cancel the account, change metrics if they are manually entered, see the paying org.
4. When you have updated the information the member has requested, select save.
5. Respond with:
Hi Member,
We have gone ahead and made this change to your account. Please let me know if there is anything else we can do for you at this time!
Update member's DOB, height, availability, address, preferred language, notification settings, health goals, etc
To update a member's availability, access the following pages in this order:
- Vida Admin (https://www.vida.com/admin/)
- Customer Profiles (https://www.vida.com/admin/coaching/customerprofile/)
- Enter the member's email address or UUID in the search box (upper right corner)
- Click their first name
- Make the necessary changes
- Note: for height, use inches only (ex: 5'7" = 67 inches)
- Note: for availability, use military time (12 AM = 0, 1 PM = 13, etc)

Note: for addresses, use full address in the Address field and the following 3 fields as displayed
- Click "Save"
- Make sure the save is successful by noting the banner at the top of the page:
