NOTE: If the member is still unable to reset their password then it is best to send them a one-time login link. To send one, log into the HG platform and send them a one-time login link which will then be sent to their email. This is for MEMBERS only (not coaches).

Once the user is logged in, walk them through how to change their password in the app in Settings.
Background
We can no longer reset passwords manually for members and send it through email. We need to take extra security precautions for members by encouraging them to reset their own password. You can, however, reset the password manually while on the phone with the member, we just can't send the password via email.
To change their password in admin:
- Search for the member by account email in Users
- Click into their User Profile
- Under password, the reset form is linked under the text "this form". Click to access
- Give the member a temporary password to log in and then walk them through the steps to change the password in their settings.
For Coaches/Vida Employees
Coach and Vida Employee Resets will be handled by provider support. If you receive a password/account reset Zendesk ticket regarding Vida employee account access, assign the ticket to the "Coach Support" group on Zendesk.
