Admin (https://vida.com/admin/login/?next=/admin/) is the back-end platform used by Vida to update member accounts. Support uses admin to complete workflows and verify information.
When performing Admin actions, please adhere to the following mandatory protocol:
- KB-Only Workflows: Only use approved processes from our Knowledge Base. Peer-to-peer advice or historical knowledge is not an approved workflow.
- Verification: Steps change frequently; you must verify the KB article every time before you proceed.
- Documentation: For every change made, add an internal note including the direct link to the KB article you followed.
You must be able to cite the specific article used for any administrative change. This ensures we stay consistent and have a clear audit trail.

It's recommended to bookmark these sections for quick access, but note that you will need to first sign into Admin via Okta. Admin times out when idle for longer than 5 minutes.

💬 Member Chat Access
You can find member chats under "Teams" or "Program Instances."
Always check the chat for important coaching information (like medication or program steps).

If a member says the chat is gone, look under "Program Instances."
If the program is "Completed," the member can no longer see the chat, but you can still view the full history there to confirm details.
Account Statuses:
To view account statuses:
- Click "Users"
- Enter member's email address and locate profile
- Click member's email address on left side
- Scroll down to Subscription > Subscription Status

Program Statuses:
To view program status:
- Click 'Program Instances'
- Paste member's email address in the search box (top right corner)
- View the status under "State," noting the program under "Program"

| Complete | Program is complete - members will no longer see the Chats and may lose access to some lessons/tools | Program Instances |
| Paused | Program is paused - the member can reach out to the Coach to unpause the program or member services can unpause the program | Program Instances |
| Suspended Program Dash | Member's program is under review - this will not show as a 'status' | Program Instances - You will only know the member is on the Suspended Program Dash by clicking into the program information. If the member is currently on the Suspended Program Dash, you will see a Suspended Program Dash (SPD) Coordinator as an active membership - name will be Suspended Program Dash (SPD) Coordinator. |
