We’ve identified a reason some KDP members report being on a GLP-1 but are not appearing on the eligibility file.
When KDP transitioned PBMs to Rightway effective 1/1, Rightway only received historical claims data from January–September 2025 for launch. Claims from October–December 2025 have not yet been loaded and are expected later this month.
Impact:
- Members whose first GLP-1 fill occurred between Oct–Dec 2025 may not yet appear as eligible in Rightway.

- Wait until the remaining claims data is loaded and eligibility updates automatically, or
- Attempt to fill a prescription now — if the claim is denied, the member will be added to the eligibility file.
This program is only for members with active GLP-1 prescriptions for weight loss.
Members with prescriptions from an outside provider must attempt to fill the prescription at a pharmacy to trigger eligibility for Vida.

- Grandfathering: Keurig Dr Pepper grandfathered PAs expire 4/1/26.
- members who choose to fill through Vida will have to have an active PA to fill their script at any point in time as part of the GLP-1 Companion model.
- If someone is calling saying their PA is expiring, ensure that they enroll in Vida.
- Ask are they currently on a GLP-1.
- If yes, they need to be enrolled in Vida to avoid gaps in scripts

- If the member IS already on AOMs: They should be eligible in B2B. If there is a discrepancy and you can't see them, please escalate to Tier 2 so they can get those escalated to the AM immediately.

COM GLP-1 Companion Program Engagement Requirements
The GLP-1 Companion Requirements are designed to monitor for sustained and high-impact member activities, ensuring rigorous and effective participation in the program.
The following activities must be completed for a member to be marked as engaged for prior authorization purposes:
1. Enrollment Requirement (1-Time Activity)
Enroll with Vida in an available Preventive body, Preventive mind, or Chronic program.
2. Ongoing Engagement Requirements (Monthly Frequencies)
Members must engage with Vida in each of the following three types of ongoing activities at the specified minimum frequencies:

Outcome: If the above requirements are completed, the member will be marked as engaged on the file provided to the member’s Pharmacy Benefit Manager (PBM) to inform the prior authorization requirements for GLP-1 medication.
