There are four members that will expire within the first 90 days of launch. There will be no extension for these members.
- If someone is calling saying their PA is expiring, ensure that they enroll in Vida and see a VMP.
- Ask are they currently on a GLP-1.
- If yes, they need to be enrolled in Vida to avoid gaps in scripts
