Grandfathering: As of 1/1 any net new prescriptions will get a pharmacy denial and must come to Vida. Any PAs issued prior to 1/1 will expire on their original term dates.PAs requiring renewal after 1/1 will be reviewed and approved with WellDyne's standard 12-month approval (if members meet criteria). After 3/31/26 a batch stop will be placed on all PA's for 12/31/26
