Therapy

• Users with severe mental health symptoms (depression and anxiety), as determined by an initial screening PHQ/GAD test within the app
  • If a user signs up for Vida and it's determined they are ineligible for Vida's services due to this condition, they will not be able to enroll in Vida and will be refunded for Vida by Twic.

• Users who are unable to interact coherently and safely due to mental or psychological impairment, as determined by a Licensed Therapist's clinical judgment, administration of the PHQ/GAD test, or other clinical assessments.
  • If a user is enrolled in Vida for a period of time and it is determined they are ineligible to continue with Vida's services due to condition #2, they will be refunded for the offboarding period (last month of service) which is collected upfront by Twic.
