Eligibility: The LifeSteps Program is offered to all U.S. salaried employees. If your spouse, and/or dependent child(ren) age 18 and older, are enrolled in the Medical Plan, they are also eligible to participate. Your dependent children under the age of 18 are not eligible to access LifeSteps programs.
