To access their Employee ID from the Prudential network:
- Access Workday by typing “workday/” in any internet browser
- Select “Personal Information”
- Under “View” on the right hand side, select “About Me”
- Your Employee ID appears at the top right hand side of the page
If they are unable to access Prudential’s network, they can contact the Prudential Benefits Center at 1-800-PRU-EASY (1-800-778-3279) to request their Employee ID.
Enrolling Dependents
If member's ask how to enroll eligible dependants, provide the following information:
- Select the “HEALTH” tab from the home page
- Go to "TAKE ACTION" and select “Change Coverage”
- Click “No life event has been chosen” from the drop-down menu
- Select “WELLNESS-ENRL” and enter Today’s date for the effective date
- Follow the steps to add eligible dependents to the Wellness Program

Who is eligible for the incentive? Only employees. Spouses and domestics not eligible

How do employees get the incentive? They need to complete the HRA (health risk assessment), which is located on the BeWell site, before becoming eligible for the incentive. Then, they MUST complete 3 total consults over a 3 month period. THESE do not have to be 3 consecutive months.
- How do employees view their incentive information? The BeWell website (at www.BeWell.Prudential.com) IS correct for any incentive information for Pru employees. We don't have access to that website, but employees do.
- How often does Vida send out client information to Prudential? Our account managers send an updated sheet monthly.

How much incentive money can employees earn throughout the year? You can earn up to $400* each year if you complete the health assessment and other healthy activities throughout the year. Activities change throughout the year and may not be available to all employees at all times. Visit the BeWell website (at www.BeWell.Prudential.com) for more information.

What is the Vida incentive for Pru employees? Vida Health will connect you with a personal coach or therapist to help lose weight, cope with depression or anxiety, manage stress, or motivate you to achieve your wellbeing goals. Contact Vida Health to get started on your wellbeing journey or look to enhance any aspect of your health. You will earn 100 BeWell Rewards Points ($100) after completing at least 1 video or phone consult per month for three months with your personal health coach or therapist. This activity might take several days to complete after you have completed your coaching sessions.

Enrollment + Habit Incentives FAQ 2024
Incentive structure overview:
- User creates an account
- User completes onboarding into the app
- User creates a Habit
- User logs (marks complete) the Habit for seven consecutive days
- They are emailed a $15 Amazon gift card code within two weeks of completing the challenge
Questions:
- How soon after enrollment can they expect to receive the gift card?
- Once they enroll, they will need to log (complete) a habit in the app for seven consecutive days. After they achieve that goal, they will receive an email with the Amazon gift card code within two weeks.
- We fulfill gift card orders and send the emails once a week based on users who hit the goal in the last week.
- Will they receive the gift card after enrollment or will it be after their 1st completed consultation?
- Incentives are not tied to consultations. They will receive the gift card after they create an account (register), onboard into the app, create a habit, then log the habit for seven consecutive days.
- Is it a digital card via email or real card sent in mail?
- They will receive an email with an Amazon gift card code. Gift cards are for $15.
- Is it one time of 7 consecutive days of tracking?
- Yes they can only get a gift card once
- Will they be excluded from the gift card if they miss a day of tracking habits then go back in and continue tracking?
- Yes, they need seven consecutive days. If they log for six days, then take a few days off, they will need to start over again.
