Incentive criteria: 

• • 1:1 Coaching: 2 sessions with a provider, conducted at least 7 days apart; OR
  • Group coaching: Complete an initial consult with a coach (through audio or video) + Complete at least one action within the Vida app for each month for two consecutive calendar months. An action can include any of the following: message your coach, send a message within a group chat, share device data, access tools within the platform, or log an outcome metric or activity

  • The Qualcomm incentive period starts in October and ends in September each year, example:
    • 10/1/2024 through 9/30/25 current
      
    • 10/1/2025 through 09/30/2026 upcoming
