Consumers transitioning from a Paying Organization

Only members previously offboarded from a paying org will be eligible as a consumer. This may not be offered for every org, so please only refer members to this information if their account is currently set up as a 'consumer' account.

PLEASE NOTE, previously any member coming from a Paying Organization that decided to continue as a consumer/self-paying user could continue with the program that was offered through the affiliated Paying Organization, with the exception of Therapy and Prescribing. This includes chronic programs: WH, Heart Failure, Asthma, COPD. If the member decides to add/switch programs then they will only have the options provided for a Consumer.

Therapy does not offer a self-pay option, so if a member loses eligibility, they will be given 30 days (4 sessions) to meet with the therapist and transition to care outside of Vida. They cannot continue in the Therapy program as a self-pay user after this time. 

Prescribing does not offer a self-pay option.

Consumers not from a Payorg

Not available. Anyone who onboarded without a former payorg is no longer eligible for Vida and has been off-boarded.
