Effective 01/01/2026 Ernest Health will be adding T1 Preventative, T2 Chronic, switching from Use Case 2 (preferred prescriber to Use Case 3 (sole prescriber), and T4 COM+ please encourage members who are interested in or taking AOMs to enroll and ensure they are given the details about onboarding the MWL path. They do have a grace period until 2/1/2026 to transition.
