Important Update:Effective January 1, 2026
Ensign is enhancing its diabetes coverage by integrating Vida’s GLP-1 companion program. Beginning January 1, 2026, enrollment and active engagement in Vida’s diabetes management program will be required for continued coverage of certain GLP-1 receptor agonist medications used to treat diabetes.
Affected Medications and Eligibility

| Ozempic, Mounjaro, Rybelsus, and Victoza | Available to eligible employees and dependents age 18 and older with a current diagnosis of diabetes and who are enrolled in the Personify Health or Centivo medical plans. Co-pay for medications is based on insurance coverage, deductibles, and coinsurance please direct members to their insurance team for clarity on pricing for medications. |
Important Grace Period and Denials
A 60-day grace period will be in effect from January 1, 2026, to allow members time to enroll and engage.
Coverage Denial Date: Members who have not enrolled and engaged with Vida will begin being denied coverage at the pharmacy starting March 1, 2026.

To maintain coverage for your GLP-1 medication, you must complete two steps:
1. Enroll in Vida
Visit Vida.com/Ensign or download the Vida app and follow the instructions to get started in the diabetes program.
2. Meet the Monthly Engagement Requirement
After enrolling, you must complete at least one qualifying activity each month within the Vida app or while logged into Vida online.
