  • What coverage does Vida provide?
    • Use Case 3 (Vida sole prescriber, COM - Center of Obesity Management)
  • When does a member have to transition by? Preliminary Info:
    • At launch, members whose prior authorization (PA) for GLP-1 prescriptions is expiring between 8/1 and 11/30 will be extended to 11/30/25. This will enable members adequate time to enroll in Vida and go through the process until they meet with a provider.
    • Members with PAs that expire after 11/30 will be honored until their expiration date. After that point, members will need to enroll in Vida.
  • Does Vida have Prior Authorization bypass enabled (goldcarded)? YES, VIDA is goldcarded because we are sole prescriber
  • What program will the AOM transition member go into?
    • MWL Group
  • How does an AOM transition member get to a Vida Medical Provider?
    • Submit Lab requirements
    • Submit Medical record requirements
    • Complete Contact Form
    • RD session is bypassed in group MWL
