Client GYXHUBRD needs to be on my dash. She is a Boeing employee but apparently doesn't have Boeing as the paying organization. Can you fix that and get her back on my dash?
Environment
Admin, b2b sheet
Resolution
1. Verify the client is a Boeing Client, and on the b2b sheet. If the email address in admin is NOT a Boeing email address, follow up and verify their BEMSID. You will need to reach out to the client, and ask this.
2. If the Boeing email address is on the b2b sheet, look for the section labeled Vida User UUID, and see if there is a UUID attached. If there is, copy this UUID.
3. Go back to Admin, and search for this UUID under users.
4. Once you have located the account associated with the b2b file in admin, please verify they have a coach and program. If they do, please select this user and verify the account has moved to Past Due/ Canceled. Copy the email address
5. Next, go to Customer Profiles in Admin, and search for this email address.
6. You should come to this view. Click the User Name in blue
7. Search for the Paying Org section under the user, and select Boeing.
8. You will also need to select the SSO paying Org to be Boeing as well. Then press Save.
9. If you encounter and errors, you can enter in a null number (0), and n/a in the text.
10. Once this is completed, go back to users and search for this user
Cause (Show your Work)
There was an issue with Boeing users onboarding into their accounts, and the accounts moving into a canceled/ past due phase. We were able to locate the majority of the accounts and reverse this issue, marking the accounts as active and free. However, there are a few which might not have been caught.
