We know that receiving unsolicited communications regarding your health care and prescriptions can be concerning. We want to be fully transparent and provide you with the facts regarding this situation.
What You Need to Know
Who is Day One?: Day One Support is an outreach program operated by Dosepot, the manufacturer of the weight loss medications Zepbound and Mounjaro.
No Affiliation with Vida: Vida is not affiliated, partnered, or associated with Day One Support in any capacity.
Your Data is Secure: Vida takes your medical privacy very seriously. We do not share your member data, personal information, or health records with Day One or any similar third-party outreach programs.
Action Taken: To protect our members' experience and privacy, Vida has formally directed Dosepot to cease all outbound communications to our members.
