This guide outlines the steps to manually pause a member's program status within the Admin portal. This is typically used when a member requires a temporary break from their coaching or program.
Step-by-Step Instructions
Access Program Instances: Log in to the Admin portal and navigate to the Program Instances section.

Locate the Member: Use the search bar to find the specific record using the member's UUID.
Note: Using the UUID is the most accurate way to ensure you are editing the correct profile.
Open Member Profile: Click on the member's entry to open their full profile view.
Update Status: Locate the Status dropdown menu. Select Pause from the available options.
Save Changes: Scroll to the bottom of the screen and click the Save Changes button to commit the update.
⚠️ Important Validation
Verify the Update: After clicking save, refresh the page. Confirm that the status still displays as "Pause" to ensure the system successfully processed the change. Go back into the Health Guide Platform and in the note box leave a note stating that the members program is paused to let the provider know.
