I can't sign up. Keep seeing message "We encountered an error" when I try to begin my program. I am an individual trying to purchase the program for myself.

It does look like you are trying to register for an account using an older version of our app. Please go to the App Store and download the newest version. It may help to completely uninstall and reinstall the app. Once installed, simply go to Login and user the email address and password you created an account with and you will be able to continue onboarding.

Cause
We recently changed Program selection to provide recommendations and changed some of those programs within our system. As a result, anyone on an earlier version of the app using the older program selection screen will encounter an error when choosing a program that is no longer available.
