If you're seeking a device replacement due to:
- Device damaged or malfunctioning upon delivery
- Delivery issues or device never received
For support, please open the Vida app, tap ⚙️ Settings (top right), go to Help & Support, select Start Chatting, and ask for an agent. If you cannot use the app, submit a request via our general support form.
Note: Vida does not offer replacements for devices that may have been lost or broken after they have been successfully delivered with no damages.
