Grandfathering: As of 1/1, any net new prescriptions will get a pharmacy denial and must come to Vida. For any members who had PA's issued prior to 1/1, WellDyne has updated these have an expiration date of 3/31/26 to prevent pharmacy denials during the 90 day grace period. As of 4/1, prescribing must be done by Vida or members will receive POS pharmacy denials.
- If someone is calling saying their PA is expiring, ensure that they enroll in Vida and see a VMP.
- Ask are they currently on a GLP-1.
- If yes, they need to be enrolled in Vida to avoid gaps in scripts
