Once you have successfully ordered your health device through the Vida app, here is what you can expect regarding shipping and tracking.
Order Processing and Timeline
- Eligibility Confirmation: After placing your order, your eligibility will be confirmed. You will receive an email confirmation of your eligibility within approximately 3–5 business days.
- Order Processing & Shipping Confirmation: Once your device order is processed by the manufacturer (BodyTrace, Philips, Withings, etc.), you will receive a separate tracking email directly from the manufacturer. This email will include your shipment details and tracking number.
- Delivery Expectation: Devices typically arrive within 10 business days from the date you receive the tracking email.

Questions or Missing Tracking Information? If the expected delivery window has passed or you have not received a tracking email after several days, please reach out to us at support@vida.com for an update.
Note:If eligible for a blood glucose monitor, your glucometer welcome kit will include test strips and lancets. After that, Philips calculates when you have used 80-90% of your existing strips and lancets and triggers an automatic refill order for these supplies.
