Steps to merge tickets

Client emailed in twice and created duplicate tickets.

Merge tickets!
Steps to Solve:
1. Keep record of both ticket numbers.

2. Open the first ticket, and copy the number

3. In the top right hand of the conversation, screen click on the pull-down arrow.

4. Select Merge Into another ticket.
5. When prompted enter the number of the ticket to be merged into.

6. Select Merge. You can either let the requestor of the ticket know you have merged the tickets, or you can unclick this box.

7. The merged ticket will close

Continue processing new ticket as normal
