Once a week, the support team will need to locate the tab All Unassigned Tickets and follow up with them.
These are the answer bot tickets, and the support team still needs to follow up on this.

Click on the tab All Unassigned Tickets

Sort the tickets by Requested

Click into the first ticket
You will need to create a follow-up ticket. Look for this option on the bottom right-hand corner of the ticket.
This will open a new ticket

Follow up with the client using this template
"Hi, [client]
I wanted to follow up to see if you were still facing the issue of [describe the issue in the original ticket].
Please let me know if I can assist you.
"
Once the ticket is completed, you'll see the follow-up ticket number on the original ticket.
