If you wish to change the specific Vida program you are currently enrolled in, the simplest way is to contact your existing care team.
Requesting a New Program
To initiate a program change, please contact your current provider (Coach, RD, or Medical Provider) using the Chat Tab in the app. Simply let them know which program you are interested in switching to.
- Your provider will review your request and confirm your eligibility for the new program before making the change.
- Your provider or care team are best equipped to handle program changes and ensure a smooth transition. Only contact Support for this request if your provider directs you to do so.
Switching Your Provider (Coach, RD, or Medical Provider)
If you wish to switch your provider rather than your entire program:
- You can typically use the "Switch Provider" feature located in the Settings menu of the app. (for step by step instructions Click here! )
- If you use the in-app tool but do not find a provider you match with, please message your current provider or contact support@vida.com for personalized assistance.
