Description:
Vida’s Resilience program helps members master the skills for coping with everyday stress and growing the good in their life. Members learn how to reinforce their inner strength, handle emotions, balance thoughts, bounce back from challenges, and enjoy the opportunities that come their way.
Health coaches who have been approved and completed the required Vida learning materials will be able to coach in the Resilience program.

Eligibility:
The Resilience behavior and program will be made available to any Vida member that would like to work on the skillset of building resilience or to any member that a health coach determines would likely benefit from engaging in the program’s behaviors and its corresponding habits or recommended actions.
Inclusion Criteria:
- Member identifies stress management as their main goal
- Consent form completion (electronically signed) in Programs Tab
- Completion of initial consult to ensure the member is adequate for for MBSM
- 18 + y/o
Exclusion Criteria:
- PHQ and /or GAD >= 15 on most recent assessment, within 6 months → schedule a Care Navigator (CN) assessment
- Member displays symptoms of mental distress₁ → schedule CN assessment
- Concern for an immediate threat to self or others → emergency protocol OR if a member reports or endorses suicidal feelings or their safety or the safety of others is in jeopardy, providers will follow Crisis Management policies.
Goal(s):
Primary Goal: For a member to improve their resilience over a 12-week period (based on their Brief Resilience Scale (BRS) score).
Outcome metric: The outcome metric for the Resiliency program will be to support a member increasing their resilience score. Resilience scores may improve from a range of low resilience to medium, or medium resilience to high resilience.
Regularly practice Mindfulness, beginning with 1 min/day - targeting 12 min per day by end of 12-week Intensive phase
