Issue (symptom, problem, or a question)
A member may reach out to address some form of account issue (e.g. email misspelled, can't log in). When pulling up their account in admin, you may encounter two active accounts from the same member.

Resolution
Start by verifying the member's email, then note the account that is tied with the paying organization. This is the account you'll want to keep.
For the other account, render it inactive by performing the following steps:
- Go to Admin > Users (https://www.vida.com/admin/accounts/user/)
- Add the email or UUID and click enter/return or click the magnifying glass
- Click the email address with the blue hyperlink to access the account
- Add "+deactivated" to the email address listed
- Click "Save" at the bottom-right corner of the page
- Inform the member accordingly and solve.
