How to Remove Program Units

From Admin, follow these steps for any member who has program units they'd like removed.  We'll do this by marking each program unit instance "complete".  Note that "program units" are the superset of the Lessons, Behaviors, and Tools for any program.  We just need to find all of the instances for a member's program in Admin.

2. Enter the email or uuid of the member in the search field. Press enter.

3. Find the program unit you want to remove (hide) by completing them. To complete them, check the box and then choose the status from the drop-down on the bottom of the screen.

Note: Program unit instances cannot be changed from initialized to complete. To change a Program unit instance from initialized to complete, first change it to "in progress," then change it to "complete."
