Program Manual VP Card
Description
Two core behaviors have been enhanced for this behavioral-based program: Eating Healthy (first) and Being Active (second). The focus of Eating Healthy is carb reduction (sugary, starchy processed foods), and encouraging a Mediterranean (whole foods) eating pattern, personalized to fit client needs and preferences. Throughout the program, CBT principles are infused for long-term success. Content is daily and multimedia, with automatic intervention loops used to deliver congratulations and weight/food data insights. This program is designed to lessen the info-providing burden on the coach, with more opportunities to focus on goal setting, skills building, and behavior change.
