I have been having an issue with getting the code correct to sign up to take my A1C test. Is there anyone who can help me out with this?

I keep getting an error message every time I try to set up to take my A1C Test. The error message I get is “Your program is over. Contact your company wellness representative” Is there anyone who can help with this problem?
Resolution
Vida does not provide A1C testing. Some clients (especially with Prudential members) will have to go through a different organization or Laboratory to get this done. Some have used Quest diagnostics to get their a1c tested and results sent to Vida.
Once these members encounter issues getting into the Quest Diagnostic website based on the issues above, they will need to contact Quest Diagnostic to verify if the code is either expired or invalid.
