Implicit Knowledge // What I Know: typically (as this is out of coach scope) we ask a therapist to weigh-in/meet/message/communicate with a member like this as we will not coach them. I would ask the clinical team to create the specific language at this current time and maybe she can make the call as to the best form of delivery 'aka in message feed' or email for example.
