Welcome to the Vida Chat Screen!
The Chat screen is your direct line to your care team between scheduled appointments. It's perfect for quick check-ins, asking questions, or updating your provider on your week.
Response Time: You can use your Chat screen to talk to your provider, and you can expect a response within 24-72 hours.
Your Care Teams
If you're working with multiple providers, such as a Therapist and a Health Coach, their separate chat threads will be listed under My Care Teams. Just tap the name of the person you want to speak to.
Content cards in Chat
Your provider can share content cards directly in the chat. You'll find things like guided meditations, recipes, workout tips, and more.
Now you're ready to start chatting. Chatting with your coach is a great way to stay engaged with your health and they love to hear from you.
Introducing Social Groups!
Now you can connect with other Vida Health members through community social chatting. To learn more about the social groups, please click here.
Chatting on Your Computer
You can now send and receive messages from your desktop!

Log into your account by heading to vida.com/clients.

Your chat history will be displayed on the right side of the page..
You can send messages, emojis, photos, and videos from your computer, though you'll still need the mobile app to access all of Vida's features.
Message Threading (Reply to Specific Messages)
To keep conversations organized, you can reply directly to a specific message:

Long-press the message you want to start a thread on.
2. In the pop-up menu, tap “Thread Reply.”
3. You’ll be taken to a new chat space, where you can type and send your response.
4. Tap “Back” on the top left to return to the main chat. To view the thread again, tap “View Replies” below the original message.
Emoji Reactions
Express yourself quickly by reacting with an emoji!
1. Long-press the message you want to react to with an emoji.
2. This will bring up the pop-up menu. Tap the emoji to apply to the message.
3. Your emoji will appear next to the message.
