Next steps
To fast-track your progress, consistency is key! Make Vida a part of your daily routine with these simple steps:
- Open the App Daily: Whenever you visit the Home screen in the app, you’ll see the top actions and habits you can track to improve your health. Staying consistent will accelerate your progress.
- Introduce Yourself: Frequent messaging with your coach significantly improves success. Head over to the Chat tab and introduce yourself to your coach. A simple statement about your health goals or habits you’d like to start is the perfect way to say, “Hello.”
For Clinical Program Members (Medical Weight Loss)
If you are enrolling in a program that requires medical oversight or prescription management, please note:
- In-App Medical Providers: Your care may include appointments and communication with our licensed in-app medical providers.
- Document Portal: To ensure your provider has the necessary information, you may be required to upload medical records (like recent lab work or proof of a medical exam) through our secure Document Portal within the app.
