Dexcom CGM's can be connected to the Vida Health app by following the steps bellow. Please note: once connected, you will not see your readings in the Vida app. This is because:
Dexcom readings sync to Vida every 5 minutes, creating too much data to display.
The readings are stored in the background and are not visible in the app.
Readings stored in the background still count toward any program or incentive requirements.
If your Dexcom is connected but you’re not seeing data, you don’t need to reconnect—your data is syncing successfully in the background.
To connect your Dexcom CGM to the Vida app,
Tap the "Settings" cogwheel button in the top right corner of the Home Screen
Tap "Connect Devices and Apps"
Under "Connect with Fitbit, Garmin, Withings or Others," tap "Connect."
Next to "Dexcom," tap "Connect."
Tap to make changes to your timezone. When done, tap "Save."
Enter Dexcom Account info and tap "Login." Follow remaining prompts to finish syncing your Dexcom device with Vida.

Reminder: metrics will not display in the Vida app, but will sync in the background. Your providers will be able to view these metrics, and they will count towards any program or incentive requirements.
